He is a registered Wyoming Professional Geologist and has over 40 years in mining and petroleum geology, mostly in minerals exploration and management in the United States and Africa. He has worked for Continental Oil Company, Wold Nuclear, Kennecott Exploration Inc., Western Mining Corporation, Canyon Resources Corporation and Patrician Gold. He has held management positions in all of these companies and has been the president of the consulting companies Boberg GeoTech International and Africa Mineral Resource Specialists. He has extensive experience in the exploration for and development of uranium deposits and has authored a number of papers on uranium geology and uranium exploration in Wyoming. |

| Roger Smith, CPA, MBA Chief Financial Officer Roger has 25 years of mining and manufacturing experience including finance, accounting, IT, ERP and system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, audit and tax, and public and private reporting in international environments. He comes to Ur-Energy after having served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Luzenac America, Inc., a subsidiary of Rio Tinto Minerals. Mr. Smith has also held such positions as Vice President Finance, Corporate Controller, Accounting Manager and Internal Auditor with other mining companies such as Luzenac America, Inc., Vista Gold Corporation, Westmont Gold Inc., and Homestake Mining Company. He also has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western State College, Gunnison, Colorado. |

Goss, MBA General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Paul has over 25 years of diversified experience in complex business, real estate and natural resources transactions, including more than five years with a national-practice firm. Mr. Goss has represented clients in commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, involving real estate, securities, environmental law, corporate law, oil and gas, mining, and class actions in both State and Federal Courts. He obtained his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude from the Denver University College of Law as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana State University. |

| Harold Backer, Executive Vice President Harold has his BS degree in Geology from Colorado State University, did his graduate studies in geology at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, and received a Certificate of Financial Management from the University of Denver. He has over 38 years experience in the mining industry participating in major exploration programs in the commodities of gold, uranium, copper, and phosphate. In exploration, he has worked for Kalium Chemicals Ltd., Chevron Resources Company and as Sr. VP Exploration for Goldbelt Resources Ltd. As a consulting economic geologist, he has participated in numerous pre-feasibility mining studies (open pit and underground projects) as a team leader and in a management position on projects in North America and in the countries of the former Soviet Union. |

| Wayne Heili, Vice President of Mining Wayne heads up the Casper, Wyoming office. He has a career spanning more than 19 years providing engineering, construction, operations and technical support in the uranium mining industry. He spent 16 years in various operations level positions with Total Minerals and COGEMA Mining at their properties in Wyoming and Texas. He was Operations Manager of COGEMA’s Wyoming In-Situ Recovery (ISR) projects from January 1998 until February 2004. Since then, Mr. Heili acted as a consultant for such companies as High Plains Uranium, Inc., Energy Metals Corporation and Behre Dolbear. His experience includes conventional and ISR uranium processing facility operations. Mr. Heili received a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, with a mineral processing emphasis. |

| Hank Johnson, Manager of Corporate Development Hank is coordinating the use of Ur-Energy’s extensive land position and its large historic uranium database to generate new exploration and joint venture exploration programs. He has 26 years of combined experience in the uranium and oil and gas industry. He has an extensive knowledge of the Wyoming uranium deposits and their host basins. He was District Geologist (9 years) for Conoco’s uranium office in Casper, Wyoming and he served as Director of Geology (6 years) overseeing activities of Conoco’s uranium exploration in the United States. While managing Conoco’s Wyoming exploration programs, the Moore Ranch, Ross-Allemand Ranch, and the Lost Creek uranium deposits were discovered. He has BS and MS degrees in Geology from the University of Oklahoma. |

| Dani Wright, Manager of Investor and Public Relations Dani joins Ur-Energy after having managed the corporate office of High Plains Uranium, Inc. where she served in many capacities including investor and public relations, corporate governance and land records/data management. Ms. Wright has over 20 years of office administration, information management, human resources and corporate governance experience. She has worked with start-up phase companies in the tech, medical and mining industries, both private and public. In her past managerial experience, she was responsible for creating and implementing corporate policies, overseeing departmental operations and maintaining financial reports, preparing and qualifying for accreditation, implementing compliance and regulatory measures, and maintained various financial, HR, and medical record databases. She has extensive computer skills including database creation and management, user file organization and management, software/server/network development and installation coordination, financial software usage and e-mail system setup and usage. Her educational background includes an Associate in Claims (Insurance/Risk Management), Medical Information Management Certificate, Word Perfect Certification, Microsoft Office Certification, Human Resource Law, Business Management, and more recently, an ESRI Certificate of Completion for ArcGIS I. |

| David M. Hyslop, Chief Accountant Dave has three decades of professional accounting and financial experience in the natural resources industries, primarily in metals exploration and development. Uranium experience includes Intercontinental Energy Corporation and Urangesellschaft USA, Inc. He administered the financial and administrative functions relating to the development of IEC’s in situ uranium mines in South Texas and UG’s exploration programs in the western United States and the feasibility study of an open pit mine in Wyoming. He has been responsible for the accounting and reporting of both US companies with foreign subsidiaries and US subsidiaries of Australian and German corporations. David set up the accounting system for a South African sister corporation and improved the functionality of a Canadian sister corporation’s system. David received his BBA from Western Michigan University and he obtained his CPA certificate while working for a Big 4 accounting firm in Denver. He has held the titles of CFO, Controller, Treasurer, Secretary and Manager of Finance and Accounting with small to medium sized publicly and privately held corporations. |

Goplerud, Associate General Counsel Having worked for Cox, Padmore, Skolnik & Shakarchy LLP since 2004, Penne brings 15 years of commercial litigation experience along with several years practicing in natural resources and mining litigation. She was recently responsible for preparation of all matters toward closing and oversight of closing in multiple-party oil and gas transaction linked to claims in bankruptcy valued in excess of $25,000,000. Prior to that Penne managed her own law firm which served as one of the lead counsel in defense of a billion-dollar mining fraud case. Penne received her J.D. with Distinction from the University of Iowa. |

| Diane Bishop, Staff Accountant Diane previously worked with Luzenac America, Inc., a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, as Payroll Administrator and managed a multi-state payroll for over 1,300 employees. Diane was instrumental in the conversion of payroll responsibilities as Luzenac merged with US Borax and implemented a completely new payroll system in 2007. Prior to Luzenac Diane worked as Payroll Administrator for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory from 1991 to 1999. She is a Colorado native and has completed numerous training classes and workshops through the American Payroll Association. |

| Myron Benda, Senior Project Geologist Ron has over 20 years of experience, including 8 years in uranium exploration, development and mining, and 5 years in oil and gas exploration and development. He works out of the Casper, Wyoming office. Ron has worked as a Geologist for Exxon and Conoco and then as an Environmental Specialist/Geologist for Georgia Environmental Protection Division, Underground Storage Tank Unit. | W. Glenn Culver, Senior Geologist Glenn has over 50 years experience in the mining and oil industry. Glen is credited with the discoveries of the Radon Springs and Lost Creek deposits in the Great Divide basin. He received his BS in Geology at the University of Utah with graduate studies in geology at the University of Utah and Colorado School of Mines. He has worked in the western U.S., Venezuela, and Algeria. He was manager of uranium exploration for Texasgulf Inc. In exploration, he was instrumental in the discovery of two uranium deposits in the Red Desert area of Wyoming and the extension of the White Canyon Uranium district in Utah. |

| Fred A. Groth Fred has over 50 years experience in uranium exploration both in the Western US and Australia. He received an MS degree in Geology from the University of Wyoming. He has worked for the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, Kerr-McGee Corporation, Colorado Corporation and as the owner/principal of several uranium exploration companies which conducted exploration programs through agreements with major utilities and exploration companies. When he was manager of uranium exploration for Kerr-McGee the program resulted in major uranium discoveries in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming and Church Rock, New Mexico. As Vice President for The Colorado Corporation, his exploration program resulted in the discovery of the Green Mountain (Lost Soldier) uranium deposit, Wyoming. |

| Paul W. Pitman, B.Sc. Hon. Geo., P. Geo., VP Canadian Exploration Paul has over thirty-five years experience as an exploration geologist. He began his career with Gulf Minerals as a project geologist at the Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan discovery in 1969, followed by work in the 1970s -1980s as a senior geologist for BP Minerals exploring for uranium across Canada. He and Eric Craigie formed Hornby Bay Resources, a lead explorer in the Hornby Bay Basin for unconformity uranium deposits. Paul serves on the Board of several public companies in the role as a consulting geologist. |

| Eric Craigie, B.Sc. Hon. Geo., Consulting Geologist Eric is a geological consultant. He has over 30 years experience as a mineral exploration geologist. His career began in 1970, working on uranium projects in central and northern Canada. From 1978 until 1984, he managed the eastern Canadian exploration office of BP Minerals and from 1984 until 1992 he was in charge of diamond exploration for the Selection Trust Division of BP Resources. Since 1992, he has consulted extensively for diamond, gold, base metal and uranium explorers in Canada, USA, Africa and Asia. He is currently President of Patrician Diamonds Inc. and is also a director of several private companies involved in the exploration for precious metals and uranium. |
