Ur-Energy is a U.S. uranium mining company focused on developing and operating in-situ recovery (“ISR”) uranium projects in Wyoming. The Company owns and operates the Lost Creek ISR uranium facility in south-central Wyoming, which has produced over 3.0 million pounds of U₃O₈ since commencing production in 2013. Lost Creek’s license and permits allow annual plant production of up to 2.2 million pounds of U₃O₈, including wellfield production of up to 1.2 million pounds and toll processing of up to 1.0 million pounds.
Ur-Energy’s second ISR facility, the Shirley Basin Project in Carbon County, Wyoming, is fully licensed and permitted, with construction nearly complete. Commissioning is expected to commence in Q1 2026, positioning Shirley Basin to become the fifth ISR uranium operation in the United States. The project hosts a Measured and Indicated mineral resource of approximately 8.8 million pounds eU₃O₈, providing a strong foundation for a multi-year production profile.
